What products does Treat Street offer?

Treat Street specialises in sealed, packaged confectionery, lollies, snacks, chips, and bottled or canned beverages sourced from trusted suppliers. We currently do not sell fresh or homemade items.
Are your products Halal or Vegan?

All of our products are Halal-friendly based on supplier ingredient information. Many items are also Vegan-friendly, and these are clearly marked in the product description. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient and allergen labels prior to purchase.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, order size, and weight. From time to time, Treat Street may offer free shipping promotions.
Can I track, change, or cancel my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Orders may be cancelled or amended within a short window after purchase provided they have not been dispatched. After dispatch, changes are not possible.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return food or beverage items?

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or consumed items cannot be returned. Sealed items may be eligible for review if there is a verified issue such as damage, expiry, or incorrect delivery.
