  • Treat Street sells sealed, packaged confectionery, snacks, and beverages.

  • All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or change packaging, sizing, or branding without notice.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed or dispatched.

  • In the event of a pricing, typographical, or system error, Treat Street reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance.

  • A binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

  • Treat Street reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other operational issues.

  • Cancellation requests are subject to the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Treat Street is not responsible for courier delays, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect details.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

7. Food Safety, Ingredients & Allergies

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, nutritional information, and allergen warnings prior to purchase and consumption.

  • Treat Street is not liable for allergic reactions, dietary incompatibilities, or misuse of products.

  • Products should not be consumed past their expiry date or if packaging is compromised after delivery.

Our total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

16. Promotions & Special Offers

Treat Street may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers from time to time, including limited-time or themed campaigns. For the current Prime Number Order Promotion, all customer order numbers start at #1001, and orders corresponding to prime numbers (e.g., #1009, #1013, #1019, #1021, etc.) will receive their order for free up to a maximum value of $50 AUD, which will be refunded to the original payment method after the order is processed.

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Only orders placed during the promotion period are eligible.
  • Order numbers are automatically assigned in sequential order and cannot be altered.
  • Prime number determination is final and non-negotiable.
  • Free order value is capped at $50 AUD. Any excess amount must be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds for qualifying orders will be processed after order confirmation.
  • This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, suspended, or modified at Treat Street’s discretion without prior notice.
  • Treat Street reserves the right to disqualify any order that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is placed in bad faith.
