Treat Street

At Treat Street, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaged confectionery, snacks, and beverages. Due to food safety and hygiene standards, returns are limited. This policy ensures fairness to all customers while protecting product integrity.


1. Eligible Products

This policy applies only to sealed, packaged products, including:

  • Packaged lollies and confectionery

  • Chips and packaged snacks

  • Canned or bottled beverages

Fresh, custom, or opened food items are not eligible for return.


2. When a Return or Refund May Be Approved

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

  • The seal was broken upon arrival

  • Items were missing from the order

Evidence Requirements

To be eligible, customers must provide clear photographic evidence showing:

  • The full product packaging

  • Expiry date and batch/lot code (if applicable)

  • Visible damage or broken seal

  • Shipping label and outer box (for missing or damaged items)

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Failure to provide required photo evidence

  • Delivery delays outside Treat Street’s reasonable control

  • Minor packaging or colour variations from product images


4. Missing Item Verification

All orders are checked, weighed, and recorded prior to dispatch. Missing item claims are verified against dispatch records. Treat Street reserves the right to deny claims that do not match verification data.


5. Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit

If a claim is approved, Treat Street may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund

The resolution method is determined solely at Treat Street’s discretion.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to Treat Street’s error or damaged goods, we cover return shipping if a return is required.

  • In many food-related cases, we may not require physical return and will rely on photographic evidence.

  • Treat Street reserves the right to request physical return if deemed necessary.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase or before dispatch confirmation is issued — whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


8. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Treat Street monitors refund and return activity. We reserve the right to limit, deny, or refuse service where claims appear excessive, fraudulent, or abusive.


9. Food Safety Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned food or beverages cannot be restocked or resold. This policy complies with food safety standards while ensuring fair resolutions for genuine concerns.


10. Final Discretion Clause

Treat Street reserves the right to investigate, request additional information, approve, or deny any return or refund request at its sole discretion.
