1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, verification checks, or operational factors.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotional events), processing times may be extended without notice.


2. Shipping Locations

  • Treat Street currently ships within Australia only, unless international options are explicitly shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase.

  • Treat Street is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary due to location, courier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Treat Street reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.


5. Order Tracking & Customer Responsibility

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking notifications and arranging collection or re-delivery if delivery attempts are missed.

  • Failure to monitor tracking or collect parcels does not constitute grounds for refunds.


6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

  • Re-delivery fees will apply where delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a courier is unable to deliver, parcels may be returned to Treat Street or held at a collection point.

  • Additional shipping or handling charges will apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged Parcels

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and before consumption or use of products.

  • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged items.

  • Treat Street reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or fall outside the reporting timeframe.


8. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • Delivery confirmation provided by the courier, including GPS, signature, or photographic evidence, will be considered proof of delivery.

  • Claims for lost parcels will be investigated with the courier before any resolution is offered.

  • Treat Street reserves the right to deny claims where delivery confirmation exists.


9. Risk, Ownership & Safe Drop Authority

  • Risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

  • If the customer authorises a safe drop, unattended delivery, or authority to leave, Treat Street is not liable for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.


10. Force Majeure

Treat Street is not liable for delays or failure to perform shipping obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, courier strikes, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.


11. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Treat Street monitors shipping-related claims and reserves the right to deny, limit, or refuse service where claims appear excessive, fraudulent, or abusive.


12. Fulfilment Obligation

Treat Street’s shipping obligation is considered fulfilled once the order is dispatched and delivery confirmation is provided by the courier.
